Since the core Appingup service (restaurant app and website) is free, there are no charges for the base service.

Paid Add-ons

For any paid add-on services purchased, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our support team at [email protected].

To request a refund, email us with your order details and reason for refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
